1. Offer Details

  • Customers who purchase a ticket from VIRTUAL REALITY ARCADE DEAL will receive 10% off their bill exclusively and only at EDDIE ROCKET’S JERVIS. This offer is not valid at any other Eddie Rocket’s location.

  • A minimum spend of €10 applies (excluding the value of any alcohol sales) .

  • Offer is valid only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

  • Offer is valid for dine-in orders only.

  • The maximum discount applied per bill is 10%.

2. Exclusions

  • Offer cannot be used with the Family Special.

  • Offer cannot be redeemed via click & collect, delivery, or kiosks.

  • Offer is not available through third-party channels, including Just Eat, Deliveroo, or Uber Eats.

  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or Rocket/Flash Rewards.

  • The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

3. Redemption Process

  • Unique discount codes will be printed on the e-ticket or printed ticket by VIRTUAL REALITY ARCADE as part of the EDDIE ROCKET’S JERVIS X VIRTUAL REALITY ARCADE JERVIS DEAL.

  • Each unique code is single-use and can only be redeemed once.

  • Each code is valid for in-store purchases only.

  • Customers must present their unique code at the time of payment. The discount will only be applied upon successful validation of the code by an Eddie Rocket’s team member.

4. Validity & Expiry

  • Unique codes are valid until 30th November 2025, regardless of when they were purchased or received.

  • Expired offers cannot be redeemed, extended, or reinstated.

5. General Terms

  • Offer is valid only and exclusively at EDDIE ROCKET’S JERVIS. This offer is not valid at any other Eddie Rocket’s location.

  • Eddie Rocket’s reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the offer at any time without prior notice.

  • Eddie Rocket’s is not responsible for any technical issues related to the issuance of unique codes through VIRTUAL REALITY ARCADE JERVIS.

  • Eddie Rocket’s reserves the right to deny redemption of the offer if fraudulent activity is suspected. The decision of Eddie Rocket’s management is final.

  • Any fraudulent activity (e.g., multiple redemptions, code manipulation) will result in immediate disqualification.
